What is coaching?
Life Coaching is a new and rapidly growing profession that is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counseling. Coaching is a highly effective process that supports individuals in creating the lives they’re always desired. We focus on the client’s personal agenda in each session to discover the obstacles and challenges that might be in the way of achieving success.
“You are the only one who knows what works and what doesn’t.”
The client can work on any area of their lives such as personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in their personal life, relationships, or profession by examining what is going on right now. Once the client becomes present to the challenge they can powerfully choose the course of action that will provide access to achieving success.
Life Coaching is a designed alliance between coach and client called the “co-creative relationship.” This synergy drives the focused results for each client. Each one of us holds the answers to all our challenges, and what I call life’s blind spots – areas in our lives where we are unable to see what is holding us back.
A life coach is trained to listen intently to a client’s agenda. The coach then constructs key questions to elicit strategies that support the client in discovering their own answers from within. As the client is trained in utilizing techniques that provide desired results, the outcome will be an ongoing freedom to pursue a life they love.
You are the expert of YOUR life! You are the only one who knows what works and what doesn’t. A coach humbly listens, ask questions, and shares your journey!
How it works
The coach and client set up a once a week 45min session.
(I recommend a 3 month minimum to really achieve satisfactory results!)
All sessions are done by phone.
The client sets the pace, and the agenda. All results are based upon the client being clear on what it is they are committed to achieving for that particular session.
The coach will provide e-mail support for the client to share wins, & challenges.
We work together to have you succeed powerfully in your life!

Sammie lives in Bothell, Washington with her 2 amazing sons. She is a dedicated stay-at-home mother who created Monarch Life Coaching to work from home as she raises her children.
Her mission is to have each person fully understand what is possible for their lives, as they master the power of thought to create anything they desire.

Sammie is the founder of Momentums, a non-profit organization committed to caretakers of children who are seeking opportunities to work from home and raise their children. We network through community resources that provide alternatives for the stay at home caretaker.

Sammie has over 15 years of experience in various skills acquired in workshops and holistic healing techniques that focus on communication, and relationship development.
